Our personal training packages are custom-made to suit your individual goals. Our sessions are preceded by a 1 on 1 consultation where we will carry out an initial evaluation. This usually includes basic fitness tests, a discussion of your medical history, body mass calculations and SMARTER goal setting. From this consultation I will be able to design a program personalized to you.

Blessed Health & Fitness is also able to offer an online platform, a community, where I offer services into comfort of your home with video on demand and live streaming personal training sessions.

With over 34 years of boxing 17 has been in the professional realm where I’ve had to be intentional about my mind body and soul. This is why I decided to start Blessed Health & fitness so I could share my learnings from over the years with others that are looking for the extra boost to kickstart their health journey.
